Product Description
The Polka Dot Long Sleeve Wrap Dress by Tulle features a faux wrap at the top of the empire waist. The Empire waist is gathered with a smocked elastic waist and the v neckline is accented by a ruffle on each side of the v around the neck and shoulders. The long sleeves are sheer since they are not lined and the cuffs are gathered with elastic. The skirt is flared and also lined. The body of the dress is lined with creme fabric. The dress fits our 5'7" model a couple of inches above the knee. The pattern features a cream background with black polka dots. Fabric and lining is 100% polyester. Hand wash cold, lay flat to dry. Made in China.
