Good fit but...

The good points first. This dress fits well. It isn't hip hugging but falls very gently of the hip. Its a great length. I am 5'5" and can wear this dress with relatively low heels and the hem doesn't drag on the ground. However, the label said you could either hand wash, cold water or dry clean. I opted to hand wash and the colors ran slightly. So I have white areas of the pattern with little streaks of black. It's still wearable but it doesn't look as crisp as it should.... Am disappointed with that!
