Best cotton skirt/dress!

I purchased this skirt/dress in electric yellow in the Santa Monica store a few years ago and I absolutely love it! It is tight on your butt and flairs out slightly at the ankles. it looks great as a dress but I personally love to wear it as a skirt.I wish more colors were available online and that I didn't have to go back to their one and only store!I usually don't like to spend as much for a cotton skirt but after I tried it on I had to have it!
