Fit not what I wanted

I ordered this dress to wear to a wedding. Having ordered from Ulla Popken before, I have found their clothes run large. On tunic tops and shirts, I order the 16-18. However, as this was described as fitted, I went up a size larger than my usual 18, and ordered the 20-22. I was very disappointed to find it would not even zip :-(I am returning this lovely dress, disappointed that it is not a fit for my "apple" figure. If I went up any more it would fall off of my shoulders, so that isn't an option. However, if you are a "pear" this would probably be great!
