Odd fit

I returned this item. It fit really odd. Big on top and the straps were not adjustable, and very tight in the hips. I am 5'2" and 130 lbs. Did not fit right.

was not impressed with this dress, runs very small. I am 5'4" 114lbs and the small was much to tight. I always order a 6 or SM and have never had problems
