I bought this dress for a party I'll be going to, but I wanted sleeves since it's still winter. I flip flop between M and L because my bust is 36 and my waist is 29. I got a Medium in this dress and it was perfect. So I would say it's just a little bit larger than true to size. However, the length of the dress is short, but since it's still winter I'll be wearing tights.
