Poor quality fabric

I was excited to find this dress on Amazon as I was going to purchase it from another vendor when it sold out. However I was disappointed when it arrived as the material was "cheaper" in appearance then I was expecting. The leather belt that comes with it is also really flimsy and kind of "chintzy" looking. Size wise It also runs quite large as I usually order a size small but Amazon accidentally shipped a size XS which ended up being too big all around.
