Amazing Victorian steampunk style dress in striking bronze/brown & black striped stretch cotton fabric. Beautifully fitted bodice featuring high collar with Victorian style pintuck pleating detail and buttons to the front and zip fastening to the back, complete with dramatic puff sleeves and black loop lace trim. Gorgeous vintage style circle skirt which can be further enhanced with the addition of a petticoat (sold separately). Finished perfectly with an optional adjustable waist tie that forms an oversize bow at the back!

This dress is fantastic! It's on the pricey side, but it was exactly what I was looking for and the material and make are very good so far. I absolutely feel that I could dress it up to be steampunk, or simplify it and feel like my quirky spunky usual self. It also looks lovely with a tiny top hat! It seems fairly true to size, maybe a teensy bit on the larger size (the XS I got is comparable to a US size 2, definitely bigger than a US 0 or 00, which is good for me right now). The seller shipped quickly and the package arrived in timely fashion, earlier than expected (although the USPS box was dented, a little bit dirty and freshly damp...thanks to our mail lady who seemed to have literally just dropped it and lightly stepped on it (!?!), but luckily the dress was perfectly in tact so I didn't have to mess with USPS).
