Oh my this dress is hot! It is everything I was looking for: knee-length handkerchief hem, body-hugging, quality material, moderate price. This is not like a crappy, polyester Halloween costume.I'm 5'1, 38-27-38, and I purchased a Medium size which fit very well overall. The bust was a little tight since I'm a D-DDcup and I would've preferred something thicker than spaghetti straps. But this dress is very beautiful and figure flattering. The rouched midriff is perfect for those who may be self-conscious, it camouflages the minor imperfections.
