Weird belt

Very pretty dress, I love the fabric and the way the dress is put together, nice detail and design, fits me perfectly and gives an unexpected slimming outline. I had the hemline lowered to a tea length, makes it look more classy BUT what's up with this weird old fashioned looking plastic crap belt??? It cheapens the look of the dress which looks so much better without it (at least on me). I'm an Aussie size 14 and got the size 12W. Gave the belt to Vinnies.
