The bodice is designed with a deep scoop neckline and a little zipper in front, 3/4-length sleeves and an empire waistline with an adjustable drawstring so you can get the fit just the way you like it. The long skirt has adjustable ruching at the sides and centers, complete with drawstrings so you can get that just the way you'll like it, too. It creates a scalloped hemline that's really fun!
The bodice is done up in a soft and supportive rayon jersey; the skirt in a light and luscious 'parachute' fabric that has a festive glow (and ruches beautifully!)
This is a 'latest style' that's worth keeping, a great way to celebrate the holidays and special occasions.
