The dress features an elastic waist band at the natural waist. The dress itself is lined in white on the body of the dress, but the sleeves are sheer. The sleeves are 3/4 length and the shoulders do feature a slight poof and the hem of the sleeve features a button closure. The dress is mid-thigh length. Made in China.
