versatile dress for day or night

Fabric is very sheer, soft and feminine. The colors and pattern look just like they do online and the sizing is appropriate. The lining is more sheer than what I expected. . . I think they could have made it slightly less sheer without ruining the lightweight nature of the dress. I was also a little surprised that the lining isn't more securely attached to the outer fabric; it is loosely attached at two shoulder points only, so I am hopeful the stitching quality is good enough to hold up. The rest of the seams appear to be of good quality. This dress will work well for day into evening as it's not too frilly for work but also not too serious-looking for a fun happy hour!
